I already know about him and his torture, but thank you. The president's comment was about Churchill. I suggest you read Longworth.
Churchill's government ran MI5. As such, he is responsible for it. It is absurd to believe that Churchill did not know what Stephens was doing.
Give me a break.
If I am incorrect, please cite the source where I can find the specific quote the president attributed to Churchill.
